Is she saying she was Blacklisted BECAUSE of Insecure or after it?
Because there are a whole lot of reasons for her not being in demand and it has nothing to do with Insecure. She was pretty mid on that show and the show itself became more ass as it went along.
She spent wayyyyyyyy too much time getting caught up in silly social media waves and dumbass discourse about gender war BS that made her unlikable.

Amanda I'm sorry you're going through this situation. The truth is that you have such a strong personality and view points that most of the mainstream is not just down with. That's the consequences of laying it all out on every single issue. That just makes certain people who you want to hire you a bit tentative to do so. That's life. Most people do not want a social activist in their business. If you're going to continue on that path then be prepared for less mainstream projects except that you are willing to be an independent artist representing yourself and working with your fans directly which is what you're doing currently. However expect that not all the big distribution platforms would want to collaborate together.

That being said, she’s an intelligent and entertaining woman and I hope she continues to find her footing/place in the industry.
