I'm gonna go with Lohan because she has to me at least 2 legitimate good movies to her name (Freaky Friday and Mean Girls). Bynes was in Easy A and that's her best movie but she wasn't the star. It does look like Bynes might be the first between them to actually get her affairs in order and stage some sort of a comeback.
