@HHR is on track 800 is low male or female and it sounds like you are really not taking into account macro nutrients at all why are important.

You might feel good now but when you are in pursuit of something your will can override what is best for you.

If that's all you are eating it won't be sustainable for long. Additionally you could do some damage to your body that might not be immediately evident and hard to fix long term.

30 pounds in loss is not easy to achieve in general let alone in a way that looks good to you.
so what do u suggest?

Fuccing up by primarily only eating one meal a day? Well I take that back, some days I might eat some eggs for breakfast. But most days I say fucc it and wait til dinner and even then im still watching my calories. Am I causing more harm than good?
every doctor and nutrientist has told me to eat 6 small meals a day. If you arent going to do that atleast do 3 meals a day.

Combination of things if you are really invested in losing 30 pounds:

See your doctor to make sure you don't have any issues that a calorie restricted diet could aggravate.

Start researching macro nutrients and an overall well balanced nutritional plan as it relates to women.

It's more lifestyle than anything so long at it long term.

I went from 200 plus pounds to 170ish and now back to 200 (trying get to 175-180). I obviously was huge at 200 plus, skull and bones at 170 and much healthier currently. Point being that the methods I used initially I wouldn't do again and pure numbers on a scale can be deceiving. You will learn what works for you and your body but it's a continuous process.

Are you going to be able to sustain your weight loss in the long term eating 800 calories per day? I mean if you're just trying to fit in a dress or something, then go ahead but if you're trying to keep 30lbs off for good, this doesn't sound like a plan that's going to work 6 months to a year or more from now.
