How do you know if it's a flagship?

If it's a major release. Galaxy S3, Raza, EVO, ONE X, NOTE, Xperia are flagship type devices.

Update 2: I feel like the phone gets significantly hotter now after the upgrade to ICS, probably not a good thing.
