Am I the only one who waits for a season to be over to watch a show?

I enjoy shows better when I watch them this way, but I don't have the will power or patience to wait until the season is over to watch the whole thing.

The good thing is, I've gotten into a lot of shows late so I end up catching up on 4 or 5 seasons at a time over a few weeks span.

Nope. I use to do it with ALL my shows. Now it's just with comedies. I wait til the DVD/BR drop and cop.

This season I actually saw BB, Sons, WD (now season 3) and Mad Men.

some shows work best like this.

i probably wouldve done this with dexter/true blood had that been an option initially but having a tv show to look forward to on sunday's and knowing it will leave you like :whew: every week is cool.

no way i couldve done this with lost though. i watched the entire series in about 3 weeks and that shyt was just :gladbron: every fukking episode.

I feel this thread... but if I can catch a show live from season one then I'll watch it...

Then there are shows like Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, Dexter, True Blood, Homeland where I will wait until they are done before I start watching because my plate is so full already....

Did this with Wilfred, but not on purpose. Decided to give it a try on netflix and fell in love. That show is amazing, except I missed season 2 on tv and netflix doesn't have it. WTF AM I GONNA DO!?

True shyt family.

Looking to get into Luther, Grimm, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, etc, and they're all at least 2 seasons deep.

Another thing I try to never do is watch a show on its first season. They get cancelled so damn often. I've been holding out on that Revolution show on NBC because of this. How are the ratings looking so far brehs? Should I dive in?

doing it with Sons Of Anarchy now..because i was already going back through the seasons on dvd when the new season started a couple of weeks ago.
you do enjoy them better when you can watch them all in a block instead of weekly...enjoying season 3 of SOA way more now than i did watching it weekly.

i tried to do it with Boardwalk Empire last year because i missed the first couple of weeks and was too lazy to download them and then i seen like 10 people fukk up
the Jimmy shyt
for me on twitter.
