The Impact/NJPW talent exchange is how a working relationship should look. Everybody is benefiting and it makes the overall product better for the fans. There are so many AEW guys that aren’t doing anything of note that could’ve gotten some much needed minutes from going to Impact and working in the tag scene or the X-Division. And I’m not even going to get into AEW’s total dismissal of Impact talent.

The whole thing has been a disappointment and it’s not Impact’s fault.

I think it’s fine for what it’s worth under the circumstances and understanding that we’ve been in a fukkING PANDEMIC which many of the main complainers been forgetting

Okay, so why didn't they wait until after the fukkING PANDEMIC then?

The thing that most baffled me is that the AEW championship was defended on an Impact PPV and there was 0 mentioned of it on Dynamite or any kind of promo. Rich Swann had the opportunity to win your title and you don’t even acknowledge it. We all knew he had no chance of winning, but at least sell that your champion is defending the main title of your company

Impact has been more interesting and the show has made some steps in the right direction in my opinion. I cant say it is directly related to their collaboration but it's all come after that for me.

Now if we could get the Good Bros to ONLY appear on Impact and stay of BTE for eternity i'll be very happy with this agreement :pachaha:

Lot of politics go into this, especially with a more major promotion (AEW) having the financial resources to call the shots against a lesser one (Impact). What happened with Sammy Guevara is a good example of that and is probably the reason why there's not more younger AEW talent on Impact.

NJPW has alot to gain from this tho.

And to be fair, AEW lowered the expectations when they let it be known that this is not an invasion. I'd like to see them do more but it looks like the trade-off is callus, good Brothers and the belt in exchange for omega popping impact's buyrates.
