Am I the only one who has less respect for a lift/exercise when I see crossfitters...

Times were hard. :manny:

Free books & a scholarship all through college to lift chicks and heckle cats at the free throw line. Always got the best seats at the games. Being a straight guy at the college summer camps wasn't exactly a bad look either.

Ended up learning how to tumble and all that shyt from scratch.

Played football in high school and had work-study in the university's weight room so it worked out perfectly. Go to work, clock-in, team lift, stay after and chill til class, clock-out.

Between the money from that and forfeiting my refund checks, I kept Sallie Mae out my pockets after I graduated. Got about 5k left to pay off and tuition at my school was over 30k/year.

my buddy is training for the crossfit competition...

point is, he is in great shape, has perfect form and has been lifting for about 8 years...

that being said... it seems that a lot of people that shouldn't be lifting have chosen cross-fit as their instant cure for being out of shape and weak...

...I'll stick to PHAT :smugdraper:
Snap!!!!!!!
