I consider y'all my nikkas so I ain't gonna lie to you...but now when I look at the front page of TLR I find myself thoroughly disgusted by the threads on it.
Like this is the face I made just perusing the front page of the board now...
I just see a bunch of threads calling women "hoes" and "bytchez", a bunch of misogynist bullshyt, dudes talking about their dikks, dudes calling other dudes "betas" and other disparaging comments cause they haven't gotten laid as much as them, cause they don't do this, cause they don't do that. It's become a retarded pissing contest and a sausage fest. I couldn't even imagine being a woman and trying to post here. No disrespect, I find it embarassing as a man who's never really indulged in any sexist commentary on here that this is what TLR has devolved into: a hotbed of misogyny, anti-intellectualism, and almost a barbaric and caricaturized sense of black male identity that makes me not even want to come to this board. I guess the posters who wanted the race threads gone from here finally got what they wanted: a black version of the ever popular misc. board on bb.com. No offense, I don't even want to post here anymore (TLR that is).
Intelligence isn't valued in this spot anymore cause it's too real and too much of a "buzzkill". It's now become an idiotic circle jerk.
I understand what you're doin and it's cool...but I think the underlying factor was that there were posters on here that saw my posts and observations as "depressing" and "whiney" and secretely they wanted me gone but didn't have the balls to say it directly.

You said the same thing before the Race Track move though. The exact same thing. Well, almost. The difference being is when you said it previously you also included "the endless race threads" in your list of gripes. Of course when you underwent your militant awakening and realized you could get daps for being pro black all of a sudden the racial issues became something that was "needed" in TLR. Someone said it best; you post for daps. You want to belong. You see what gets props from others and you regurgitate it until you can latch onto something else. You aren't the only one. There are others. See, it's not about the issues being discussed. They can and are being discussed in a dedicated forum. That isn't enough though, you want to be SEEN. You want to be validated. You want daps. And since the Race Track won't get as many views the tidal wave of daps from being superficially pro black has dried up. But then, why won't the Race Track get more views? Let you all tell it everyone is here for all race all the time. The Race Track should be THE forum, right? Maybe everyone doesn't want to sit in a circle and throw around the same three terms all day.

Some people on this forum are obsessed with racial discussions and try to spin everything into a racial issue. We NEED to discuss race because it's a major factor that impacts our lives as black people. But at the same time i always felt it needed its own forum
I'm glad it happend because it was getting out of hand with the race trolls and counterfeit militants crying about white people not liking them. If it was a bit more balanced and real it wouldn't have bothered me. That being said,
