Am i the only one who dislikes all the cookie cutter Cop/detective shows?

I'll stand by Elementary as being a good show and doesn't belong on that list with the others.

The rest I agree with (at least the ones I've seen)

These are GOAT re-run shows when you just want to kick back, relax and watch some light hearted TV :manny:


And the cops do take L's on those shows... Law and Order they lost cases where the dude was guilty due to a mistake someone made. On the NCIS shows cop characters with major roles took a bullet to the dome, blown up, etc. There was even a episode of NCIS LA when the main characters lost a shootout with some terrorists, had dramatic music playing in the background and all lol, matter of fact that scene was on Youtube :ohhh:




I agree that cable cop shows are better in Quality, I think cable shows only having to do 10-13 episodes a season vs 24 episodes Network TV has to do helps a lot... Also if Network TV cop show were written like the ones in cable there would be a lot of filler episodes :huhldup:

Elementary doesn't belong on that list...i enjoy most of it.

Blue Bloods should be on that list.
i will watch that from time to time because i respect Tom Sellicks moustache.
