I always wait 'till a thread with this type of title gets niiiiiiiice and fat before I look at it.
Then I look at the first post, a random post in the middle, then the last one.

It's like a dumb game of Telephone.

Have you even answered the question as to why you wear it and why you justify it?

Lord have mercy you females with the political responses.

Lord have mercy on nikkas who act like they can't read. They pick out one post of your to accuse you of being some kind of mindless bytch or hypocrite. Why won't you read through all
My posts on the thread and you will find your answer. Some of you nikkas on here act like black women and weaves are the biggest issue in the African American community. It's no need to have a discussion with some of you because it's like beating a dead horse. I can't take serious nikkas who like to troll you about some hair weave. At the end of the day, what going back and forth about the issue will bring? Nothing. I leave arguing like bytches to you coli nikkas.

What if your man said he like u more when u didn't wear weave. What would u say to him?

First of all this isn't a problem I would ever have because I am natural, and I've worn weave maybe twice this year for special occasions over a few day period...so your question doesn't even apply to me . That is something my boyfriend what ever even have to ask me.

Second, just like any hairstyle, if my boyfriend just absolutely hated it, I probably wouldn't style it that way around him much (common sense).

Finally, what the hell does that have to do with what you actually quoted?

Again, one trick ponies.

No I wouldn't date out side of my race. I like black women. I want to marry a black woman. I want a black woman to be the mother of my children. Preferably all black too, but I'd be open if she only had one black parent. Doesn't have to be an american black women. Could be from Brazil, Africa, UK, etc.

While I certainly wouldn't say that I wouldn't date outside my race.. The more I talk to non-blacks the more I realize just how different we are. Those differences can be really off-putting, to be honest.

Sound Reasoning
As far as the weave thing, I'm not a fan. In fact, I can be an assh#le about it at times with women I date/dated. I prefer women with hair in its natural state.

If I meet a woman and I'm cool with her hair, then she decides to put a weave in, then I would make a comment if she brought it up. I wouldn't say anything if she never brought it up. But if she says something like "Yea I just changed my look. Do you like it?" I would respond with "Well, honestly I prefer your natural look, but if that's what you like, then that's you." This crushes the weave excitement. And I've been guilty of making off-handed comments about other women and their natural hair while out with a young lady...yea not nice.

Even while dating my ex, I ingrained the natural hair look. When we first started kicking it, she rocked a perm. After about two months, she was rocking that fro. And even a year after we broke up, she still rocks that fro. Saving one permed scalp at a time.

Peace
