Whats up coli brehs i need help im 5'7 268 i work 12 hr shift

breakfast i eat 1 scoops of protein 180 cal
1 cup 0f 1% milk dont know how many cal



Lunch i eat leg quarter or chicken breast 240 cal
brown rice,mxed veggies



skip dinner


run on treadmill or eliptical for 25 min
and lift weights for 30 min 4x a week

is this enough i need help plz

My bad...I post in TLR a lot and thought that he was trolling because of the rep. @DATMAN$ if you're trying to lose weight just make sure you're getting enough protein to supplement your lean mass.

To determine what your lean mass is you have to find out how much body fat you carry. There are online calculators in addition to calipers you can buy that can help you determine what you need to eat...(its also based on weight, height, age and gender too).

Yeah. I think you need more protein. A scoop of whey on average is like 25g and a chicken breast is around the same...with the brown rice and milk you're only getting around 80 grams tops...adding more of protein would help. Idk how much...but if I were using broscience....maybe in the 120-130g range. If you ever start lifting weights more extensively then you'll need more macros across the board :manny:
