He’s put out some solid albums but no standouts
Am I crazy for thinking Griselda better than The Lox?

Beloved better than a lot of that shyt Griselda drops.
I’m talking ALBUMS not mixtapes.. and “Ghost in the Machine” is my favorite styles mixtape. We not about to rewrite the Kiss albums.. MUCH is to be desired from his solos:. Them shyts are average.. WE ALL KNOW IT. Takes nothing away from his rapping but nah… and “WWM” definitely Solid. It’s better than any Jada album

Reduces Kiss The Game Goodbye to 16 tracks and it removed the issues. Kiss Of Death same issue. Thing is the standouts on those albums are PHENOMENAL. Like dead ass better songs than anything Griselda created type shyt. Lol
We hand picking shyt to make an argument lol… “take the good songs and …” nah man… the PROJECTS in totality ain’t there man… that’s literally a known thing in Rap.. you and I both know folks been WAITING for THAT Jada album and we haven’t gotten it.. matter of fact if you search my name on here and “Jada” I’m begging for it. Same with Fab… both them nikkas haven’t gave us THAT one… Fab is probably done.. but with how the game is now I feel like Jada can still do it.

Fab ain’t even on Jada level. nikkas Fab too cool for school to make an album like that. If Kiss got Alchemist and Harry Fraud to do his whole shyt it would shyt on anything Griselda could muster. Regardless imma keep it a stack. Griselda kinda one note. Aside from WSG. And he’s an acquired taste voice and rap wise. Which is why I don’t think this is a great comparison.
This. Lox had to play the game as major label artists where the label wanted them to cater to every demo. And they were selling 500k-1m on those releases. Those albums had to have some pandering commercial shyt to get released.
Griselda as indie artists hoping to sell 20k playing by different rules. But the top Lox tracks, every single one of those albums, was better

I fukk with Conway and Benny but they have a long way to go to match Jada and Styles. Where is their Gangster and A Gentleman album? Lox have too many accolades for Griselda right now. Check back in 10 years.

D Block was killing the mixtape game in their heyday & people forget that shyt. They had so many ridiculous mixtapes back in the day. Griselda has had their fair share of great tapes through the last handful of years but seriously they cannot fukk with Lox impact.

Nikkas is nice but they ain't put the time in or got the classic posse cuts yet to be mentioned with the Lox

I’d like to hear 20 unique great Griselda songs that could match with the Lox 20 but I’m not sure they exist.

The level of impact is just not there. The city will never to crazy for griselda and that kind of matters because it made all of LOX stuff must have and forced all of us to watch/listen.
I funded a lot of bad djs for those LOX freestyles…

These griselda nikkas have made nothing close to by your side/still fell me/I get high/kiss your ass goodbye/mighty d-block etc..
At some point, to be compared to certain groups, they gotta make music that nikkas who step out of their houses will randomly hear on an occasional basis..
And their music is decent, but they getting HIGHLY overrated
