I stick to what I can manage
IMO you would get more gains from 10 full reps by yourself... than 5 reps by yourself and 5 reps with help. The spot drops the weight to what you can manage. Its just egoDifferent strokes for different folks....I like the gains I see from it.
I got to get back to the gym brehs. I havent been in almost half a year and lost all my gains. Im pretty much going to be starting from square one
