I read it was 98% accurate.

Congratulations bruh, if you were interested about knowing more about yourself. I had mine done. I dont have regret. Found out that all my admixture came from Africa(outside of 1%italian) and the records matched up to what I know of my family/people. To each its own. You can request to delete. There's only so much you can control. Don't let people discourage you after you already paid.

I'm curious about how they go about actually accessing this type of information? Was it explained to you at all?
They test your DNA in 700,000 places or something in that nature. Then, it breaks down your ethnic background and cousins.
They have a database from samples all over the world. Certain tribes or groups of people have genetic markers, as we all do and they compare and contrast.
I was skeptical, but now y'all got me thinking....
Still don't like the idea that a man was convicted because HIS FATHER took one of these tests though... not that I'm out here trying to commit crazy crimes but that just leads to a slew of questions.
