I'm not defending that Nazi. I'm just telling you how the prosecutors are looking at it. They know it'd be much easier to prove premeditation and deliberation rather than having to prove all that and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he specifically intended to kill those people at the time he drove his vehicle into those people.

The president needs press the DOJ to charge that guy with terrorism. Second degree murder isn't good enough. This guy ran into a crowd of protestors and killed someone. Him and his network need to be crushed and destroyed. You can't slap these people in the wrist. Next time it won't be a car. It could very well people a car bomb against a church, mosque, or Spanish TV station. By doing nothing to dismantle this guy's network, we make the problem worse.
