I corrected myself about the DC numbers. And I never said that Chicago or Tulsa didn't have more casualties. In Chicago there were 23 black deaths to 15 whites. My point was that it wasn't a "slaughter". And by some accounts about Tulsa, while blacks did suffer more losses, it wasn't lopsided either.
