I lived in Pittsburgh, and it was not that different.....
Funny enough there's an Allentown too in Pittsburgh near Mt. Washington, but mostly poor black folk and white folk live there....it's a bit more "hood" too.

But yeah, I moved to New York immediately after graduating college cause I just couldn't look at stuff like that in your pic everyday...
