im strong for my size :mjpls:

even tho my back looked like i was excessively arching if you watch my shoulders, im actually not leaning at all :leon:

as of right now my 1 rep maxes

Squat - 255
DL - 315(highest my weights go up to in the gym im at)
Bench - 225
Row - 225
OH Press ~ 125?(have only attempted 3x3 @ 120 in the vid)

My back's not arched, if you look at the plane of it, it's actually straight, breh. I got this.

I LEAN forward while keeping my back straight, to keep my fingers/knuckles from dragging against my shorts and getting pinned in between my shorts & the weights, since I don't like to use gloves for shrugs/deadlifts, and my lean doesn't make the workout any easier. Plus it's only 235lbs, lol.
