I thought the squat at first but then I thought that's the core, the legs, the lower back but no arms.

So I then thought dead lifts, and again, the arms aren't used much, it's all about hand grip.

But then I came to the standing overhead press. You work your legs for carrying that weight, your core for stabilizing the weight, your lower back for stabilizing the weight, your upper back for pushing the weight, the shoulders for pushing and zeroing the weight, your tris for pushing the weight and your bis for zeroing the weight...

Is this possibly the best exercise to showcase one's strength? :ohhh:

I can do a standing overhead of 115 and I'm 195 6'2...and that's pretty impressive if I do say so myself. :youngsabo:

Power clean.

And depending on how long you've been working out...for your size, that's not impressive at all. No disrespect. 115 is like the tip of the iceberg to getting serious. Keep at it though.

deadlifts. you can't cheat those. either you lock it out or you don't. I'd say skwats, but most people don't get to "depth" (hip crease lower than top of knee.. something like that).

I'd take the oly lifts and it's variants (power clean) out because a lot of that is technique. For example, Mark Henry and Shane Hamman are two of the strongest to ever live and def were "stronger" than their Euro opposition, but they were ehhh (relatively speaking) at weightlifting compared to them.
