I saw myself on TV and I'm like damn, I look big as fukk...

Like bulky. I've already made changes in my diet, increased my cardio, gonna even take off from lifting next month and just do more cardio/plyo but what are some supplements I could take that are safe?

I take something called Compound20 now. But I can't see nothing. Been doing the new routine for about a month. I've lost like 7 lbs now. Want to lose about 10 more

Why drop weight lifting completely...go moderate weight and high rep.
People have told me to do that but it still does nothing but make me put on more muscle.

I even went light weight, high reps at slow pace but still gained muscle.. but it felt good. Might go to that for awhile

But I try to cut out weights every so often because its the only thing I've seen that allows me to slim up a little. Like I will just do calisthenics and cardio while on vacation and I will come back smaller and still just as strong. Plus I like to give my body a break from weights and the only time I can do that is away from weights

I can never cut out weights completely though, it's like I'm addicted. I've moved to mostly dumbells with everything now.

Zero sugar/carbs. I'm talking ZERO. Atkins tried to get 'healthier' :heh: but the original plan to drop weight fast is no sugar/carbs at all for at least 2-3 weeks.

To the people that say it doesn't stay- it will stay if you follow it up with doing things right. If you go back to your normal habits, of course it won't stay.

So, no carbs/sugar and common sense. :win:

Moderation. Get your carbs to about 150g and you'll be aight with some cardio. If you're more than 14% bf the fat will drop pretty fast.

Cut out sugar, just drink water, no sugar in your coffee. Low weights high reps no break between sets. Go on the step mill for 20 minutes, do the first 10 not holding on to the rails at 60 lbs a minute with a 65 LBS weighted vest, thank me later.
