I spoke out of turn. It wasn’t brownstones but actually apartments that were sold as low $250 at one point. In the case of brownstones before the city became what it did it wouldn’t be a stretch to say you could score on bstone in the 70s, 80s & even in the 90s for the price of a home down south 250k-450k
