I use butter , eat ice cream, and the occasional cheese (almost strictly pecorino romano) but when it comes to milk, unsweetened almond only. Though this thread makes me want to try oat milk which might be a good move since almond milk has gotten waaaaay too popular around me. There will be shyt tons of dairy on tap but all the Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original is gone. If I can help it, I will never really go back to cows milk. In the late days that I did drink it, I got so used to skim and 2% that almond milk is damn near the same.
