Carson looked good. He was accurate, mobile, aggressive, and - barring that one idiotic interception - made pretty good decisions and pre-snap reads. While the offense still wasn't were you'd want it to be as a whole, it was definitively better than the last couple weeks. Still, these penalties are going to murder the Eagles if they're not cleaned up quickly. But if Wentz was rusty, it really didn't show all that much, and I expect him to get even better going forward. That said, that one annoying thing about him that was also there last season is that he just will not get rid of the ball and takes unnecessary sacks because of it.

Even with that, though, the defense really won us this game. They are really night and day when playing at home versus on the road.

Lastly, the Indianapolis Colts are a good team and I think they're going to be playoff contenders again. If not this year, then certainly the next.

I disagree, subbing Luck out there is pretty bad. Reich been doing bizarro shyt on offense.
Jacoby has a bigger arm than Luck even when Luck was 100% pre injury. Two, the hail mary is a low percentage play that would be hard on the arm. No reason to risk Luck at all there.

I could live with this loss. Didn’t have high hopes for a win was moreso interested in how this team plays against playoff level competition and I’m impressed especially with the D (7 sacks:ehh:). All I’m interested in seeing this season is how much room for growth we have, Wins and Losses don’t mean much to me right now.

Side note: this game made me keep thinking about Deon Cain for some reason. We need another playmaker

I have a better chance of impregnating Nicki Minaj than Luck had of throwing it 60yrds.

Frank need to give up playcalling. Im not impressed.

How u take a guard top 3 and still have a shytty line:mindblown:

what's bad about it ?

Luck's playing his 3rd game after missing two years with a shoulder injury, why would you want him straining that shoulder to chuck a ball 60+ yards ?

Indy has a small chance of winning the game there. Subbing in Brisset doesn't dramatically increase their chances.
All that decision does is raise questions about Luck and give our next opponent no reason to respect a deep ball.

Another gritty win brehs. Wentz looked great in the 1st and 4th quarters. Struggled somewhat in the middle portion but I expected that. Props to the d, they stepped up.

Next week at titans will be a very tough game. Hope alshons back soon.

Smallwood played his best game as a pro. Josh Adam's was real good too

I'd rather Clement NOT return punts. He stepped up in fourth quarter tho.

I'm also not worried about wins/losses.
We could lose every game and finish 1-15, I wouldn't worry cause I know Ballard would smash the draft.
We're a young team and our defense looks great so far. Offense needs to get healthy, Mack could potentially be a playmaker. Castonzo out is killing us.
