How does the gator meat taste like?
Serious question butfor wording.
Breh I hardly remember. I just remember it tatsing like plain...meat...couldn't compare it to turkey, fish, beef, chicken, steak or nothing. And I've tried frog legs and loved it like it was chicken wings.
Only thing that stood out to me was the texture. Very "loose." Not tough or "chewy" at all. Complete opposite of a tough steak.
