See you changed that thread title dorkAmazing how these last two posters were able to put 2 and 2 together but @tuckgod ’s pea brain couldn’t.
This is why I’m glad I live a square life. I never have to worry about shyt coming back to me if they take my DNA. Imagine living your life not knowing if this is the day you get caught?
You can never have peace until the day you die or get caught.
Reminds me of that story last year of the guy who had been on the run for a homicide for 28 years. Changed his whole identity and only got caught because of him driving on a suspended license.
It’s not illegal and the way DNA works it doesn’t even have to be you. A 3rd cousin you never met uploads their dna and the cops get a match on a percentage of DNA and they can then use family records to trace it back to you.
The indictments allege that Nilo assaulted women in the North End once in January 2007, twice in July 2007, twice in January 2008, and once in July 2008. The Charlestown attacks that Nilo has already been charged with happened in August and November of 2007, and August and December of 2008.
In those cases, three women reported being raped by a man who picked them up in a car and drove them to Terminal Street in Charlestown. Some of the victims were held at gunpoint. A fourth woman reported being attacked by a man while she was out on a jog.

They added 5 more sexual assaults. There was a string of assaults in Boston's North End during his run, and now they're saying it was him.
His fiance posted bail two weeks ago. I dunno, he seems like a threat to society to me.
Bail is moreso about flight risk, than being a threat to society. The two concepts are loosely corellated but not the same thing often leading to the release of dangers to society and the detention of folks who wouldnt hurt a fly.His fiance posted bail two weeks ago.
