The sexual assaults aren't alleged, they happened. There are probably police reports, rape kits, and all! And I think the proof just might be his dna matching that in the rape kits? I don't know though, I'm not a lawyer. What was your point gonna be?

It’s not illegal and the way DNA works it doesn’t even have to be you. A 3rd cousin you never met uploads their dna and the cops get a match on a percentage of DNA and they can then use family records to trace it back to you.

It wasn't reported, there was no 'kit', there was no DNA, there was no evidence at all. Still, cats were in there saying dude was right to smack him without ANY evidence and wasn't even married to her anymore.
