Stroman and his du rag need to go somewhere:camby: getting tired of him.

Gleyber is such a lackadaisical goofy muthafukka:snoop:he’s guaranteed 2 fukk ups per game

Garbage ass couldn’t even get through the 3rd inning. That should be his last start of the year. Just call someone up. Can’t keep giving starts to a guy who gives up this many hits and can’t even eat up innings. He let 9 guys on and 7 scored while he put away just 8 guys :hhh:

Another important thing to mention about Cashman signing Stroman is that he was hurt down the stretch last year. Threw just 24 innings after the break and gave up 23 earned runs in them. Yet another guy who was hurt that he just had to have.

It blows my mind how this team can’t ever have a reliable rotation beyond 1-2 guys.
because Cashman hates prospects and they follow analytics to such an extreme degree that even if someone was on their game they wouldn't trust it. Even when our own guys do well, they'll attribute it to luck.

They'll never be able to develop anyone capable of 180-200 innings because they don't believe in variance and outliers. On top of that, we've seen this since Joba, they don't know what to do with pitchers with big time stuff, so their solution is eventually just put him in the bullpen so they can use him more even though a starter who can navigate 6-7 innings with that stuff is more valuable.

*thinks about them getting rid of Monty in part because they wanted a right handed slider & sinker pitcher while he threw a good fastball and went 6 innings every start*

Monty showed more heart in bigger games, but because it didn't jive with their data, they didn't want him anymore.

The Astros have lost Javier, Urquidy, Garcia, Verlander is hurt and it doesn't even matter. Why? Houston has confidence in what they're doing and who they're entrusting with the ball. Total opposite from this team when anytime someone reaches 2nd base, Harkey's always 3 inches away from the phone.

side note: Judge has 100 RBI and it's August 2. It's crazy how many RBI's Judge has been cheated out of just by hitting him 2nd.
