Haye avoided Fury for a reason.

Fury just won titles off of the most dominant heavyweight of his era while Haye is fighting some unknown Australian for his next fight. I think that says a lot.

david haye ain't real heavyweight and don't belong in the division, these guys ain't skilled is the only reason he was able to get by against heavies

I don't see a 3" height difference between these guys at all. Max I'd put it as is a 1" - 1 1/2" height 'advantage' for Fury. I think he has a clear reach advantage though. He also has good speed and skills for a man his size, and is good at cutting off the ring and using his superior size to press and corner smaller opponents. Wlad as we know isn't what you'd call a 'smaller opponent'. :takedat:

We will see if Tyson is able to fight off of the back foot, or how he can match an opponent who he won't be able to corner and who has a superior and quicker jab to his own. I think Tyson will have his moments as his speed and combination punching might even trouble Wladimir if he can close the distance. I think this will actually turn into a good boxing fight rather than the clinch-fest some might expect. Fury will make it interesting, but Wladimir should ultimately control the fight with the speed of the jab and his ability to fight on the outside. He wins by UD.
This was my pre-fight analysis.

Tyson showed he could fight off of the back foot, but I was wrong about Klitschko's jab being a factor. Fury must have one of the longest jabs ever seen in boxing. I don't think Valuev has that kind of reach. It doesn't even look like a forceful jab.. but it's a jab you don't see because it's fast and coming from an angle, and you feel it because it's coming from such a long distance.. for anyone who did physics; F = M x A..... the sweet science. :banderas:

Heck no..

It was clear Tyson had the reach and hand speed advantage coming into the fight. What was surprising was the complete superiority he had in skills. I knew he was the better boxer but he looked a lot more competent than Wlad in the ring.
Fury is not a better boxer he out worked a has been that should have retired a ran for president last year.!

Losing to nikkas you would have slumped in your prime is a clear sign it's time to retire. This bytch ass nikka didn't even look like a fighter tonight. :mjcry:

That's the thing though, Wlad didn't look physically shot. It looked like he just had the wrong gameplan and couldn't get into his groove. Jennings made Wlad look bad too and fought his gamplan to a certain degree of success.

If Wlad was that past it, he would have been knocked out by now or at least floored a couple times. He's still capable and hard to win rounds against.

I think Fury did catch him at the right time, but he's still garbage to me.

Another Gold Medal

:mjcry:

How did wlad go from willing to pass out and the ring to not even trying to win? And the crazy part about it was when he finally did throw right hands, he landed à couple.

See above smiley breh :francis:

If we saw the openings, he saw them too he couldn't pull the trigger. Part of it was Fury though feints will drive a cautious nikka crazy and he pretty much did that.

Not physically shot but mentally shot. Banks told him exactly what to do and he ignored him. When has that ever been wlads style to straight up ignore his trainer?

Tyson is a good fighter but wlad has m made a career of dominating good fighters. It was amazing while it lasted but it's over.

This fight shows you how far the Heavyweight division has fallen. You got :flabbynsick: looking Tyson Fury beating another :flabbynsick: champion in Vladimir Klitschko. If I had to bet, I'd bet on Fury not being able to retain any of the belts in his next bout. Fight was fukking terrible and Vlad looked like he had enough and just wanted to get paid and bounce.
i THINK WE OWE FURY RESPECT FOR HIS GREAT FIGHT PLAN

Behind You
that was what we witnessed just now

at least wilder's fights are entertaining
What exactly are you arguing though? I have multiple posts in this thread about how trash I thought Wlad and Fury both looked. I am not stan of either guy.
Doesn't change that Wilder is trash too and him scoring late KOs after struggle round upon struggle against substitute teachers and French pastry chefs is not my idea of entertaining but if that's what you like then do you.
