Lj has always been turnover prone. And no, it's not because he handles the ball a lot. It's because his handle is trash, just like Curry's. Yea, y'all love that dribbling that Curry does, but he turns it over 3.4 times per game. Lj turns it over 3.3 times per game. His 1st year in Miami, he turned the ball over the 2nd worst of his career (a putrid 3.6 times per game). Lj doesn't have the ball handling role he used to have. He shares it with Kyrie, like Rondo did with Ellis when they were in Dallas. Lastly, he had 1 turnover tonight. They had 4 as a team. What else you got?
You talkin bout one game...I'm talkin bout this entire season...oh and I got this...lebron handled the ball with a competent d wade ready at bay...totally diff. sharing it with ky...threrefore his turnovers hurt worse...like I said you can stat me to death...but the context of what's going on on the court is what really matters. Jason williams probably had more turnovers than bron does now ....but I bet the offense would run better with a true point like him. And I wouldn't consider what they do as sharing the pill...bron let's kyrie cook, but when he demands the ball it's his...which is a good amount of the time.

Kyrie has to become a true point guard and bron needs to play off the ball and let him and k love decide who will be the stretch 4(k love i suppose cuz bron can't shoot anymore)

Its Wade did for Lebron when he realized Lebron was better now and it made their team better until Wade injuries finally caught up to him

Time For Lebron to take that step back like Wade did for him
Exactly this...if he allows the young dudes to cook and play his roll...they tough to deal with...but the two can't get in a groove cuz they to busy watching bron perform miserably. They don't even know when they're going to get the ball on offense or not:snoop:...bron will play 3 straight possessions passing the ball, then three possessions where he's attacking alone, then three possessions where he is completely absent in the offense...it's herky jerky as fukk...very bipolar. Kyrie and love are frontin actin like they're comfy in this offense. It fukks up mozgov too...no one knows when to be ready:snoop:(Except jr :lolbron:)

You still haven't shown where he was "horrible this entire season". You just keep asserting it.

Lj was the primary ball handler in Miami. That is no longer. It's pretty much half and half with Kyrie handling the ball a little more than Lj. Cavs 30 and 12. Where is his turnovers "hurting" them?

No, Jason Williams only averaged 2 turnovers per game because he had a handle: Jason Williams.

Lj cannot play off the ball. That's why he was so trash in the Finals in his 1st year in Miami. That's why Miami got off to such a rocky start in their 1st year. Then, they switched things up and made Lj the primary ball handler like he had been his whole career. Lj admitted he can't play off the ball when he said:
"He's played so well of late," James said. "He's been handling the ball a lot as of late. I've kind of gotten out of rhythm. I've got to figure it out: Miami Heat: A healthy Dwyane Wade creating rhythm issues for LeBron James
Lj could never shoot. That's why he was so trash in the 1st Finals he went to with Miami. Dallas zoned up on him and packed the paint. Whenever that happens, he's trash. He's only shot the ball well from 3 twice in his career. That's why he gets punked by Paul George, Jimmy Butler, and Kawhi. They make him shoot jumpers with a hand in his face. He can't do that consistently. That's why he gets punked by players half his size like Jason Terry, Kidd, Barea, etc. None of that has ever hurt him because he's still fast enough and strong enough to get to the rim and when he can't, the refs bail him out with phantom fouls. Thus, he is shooting 50% from the field this season. :yeshrug:

Lebron has scaled down his offensive usage. In January he's avg 23/7/7 on 55% fg and 41% from 3 in 11 games despite only taking 16 shots per game. You're so quick to hate on Lebron even tho he's our most efficient player. Love/Irving have been horrible let's be honest. They have yet to play good against an elite team
He's scaled that down because he can't hit shots...a lot of that 55% are dribble drives where he is virtually guaranteed to score...his midrange jumper is nonexistent...so what this means is unless bron is driving he stands a high risk chance to miss the jumper or turn the ball over trying to fit in tight passes...these are disasters for our team that has two guys that can't run the floor greatly ...mozgov and love...when bron misses long jumpers or tight passes when love and mozgov are on the court it's guaranteed transition points for the oppostion(GS warriors killed me with this)...the team is built well but the half court execution has to be superb and no reason it isn't. Bron is still a guaranteed slasher, K love and moz tuff down low and ky and jr splash from three...the problem is this offense is still too bron focused during a period that he isn't playing great. Gotta fall back.

Bron has to play off the ball because Kyrie cannot...if kyrie does it forces the offense into ISO...to easy to defend....bron has to play off ball because when he does touch it he can still run the o through the post not allowing the defense to slack, Thankyouand if he keeps missing and throwing the ball away he will be anyway.:yeshrug:

His 3 pt shot was very solid in Miami for a slasher forward. Dudes FG% was good as hell too. fukkin revisionists.
Thankyou...bron was decent from three and his midrange was good as a slash forward...now all of a sudden nikkas actin like he was pat Ewing from three...not the case. People twist history breh.

If you're referring to Curry, he's always been turnover prone. He turned it over less than 3 times per game only once in is career: NBA.com/Stats. Flash has nothing to do with it. Jason Williams was the flashiest passer of all time and he only averaged 2 turnovers per game: Jason Williams. If you have a handle, you won't turn it over. Curry's handle is trash. I don't care how cute his dribbling is. He turns the ball over 3.4 times per game.

Curry's turnovers come as a result of his flashy passes, not his handle.

Similarly, a lot of Lebron turnover comes from his drive and kick game that can sometime result on him missing the guy or it just getting intercepted in the passing lane. Not all turnovers are a result of handling problems, in fact most aren't. :heh:

Nope. He averaged 36% from 3 in Miami:

2010-2011 - 33%
2011-2012 - 36.2%
2012-2013 - 40.6%
2013-2014 - 37.9%

That is trash.

And he's never been good from midrange. He averaged 42% from that area in Miami:

2010-2011 - 44.6%
2011-2012 - 42.3%
2012-2013 - 43.2%
2013-2014 - 38.5%

That is trash.

And why are y'all taking 4 years out of 12 to say he can shoot. And the 4 where he was with Wade and Bosh — 2 guys that gave him the most space. Of course he'll shoot his best next to them, and he still somehow managed to be trash from outside the paint.

This smiley is my reaction to his 3.4 turnover average.

He wasn't even "getting fancy" with the ball, like the commentator tried to claim. The "fanciest" thing he did was dribble through his legs. He just lost it from dribbling. And with a big on him too. And a big who can't defend, at that. :wow:

This should be a smiley:

That is not trash 35% or higher is a solid/good % for a non shooter

"Decent % for a non shooter". :mjlol: Translation: trash. You prove my point when you call him a "non-shooter". A "non-shooter" is a trash shooter, which means he can't shoot. @Edub and @Rigby. are claiming he used to be able to shoot, particularly in Miami. Lj will tell you himself that he can't shoot. When he was still in Miami, he said:
“I’m not making excuses. I’m not a big fan of the jerseys, not a big fan of them. I’ve got to figure something out the next time I wear the short-sleeved jerseys. I already don’t have much room for error on my jumpers”: Miami Heat: LeBron James complains about sleeve jerseys after loss to Spurs
And even if I conceded that his average in Miami was good, that's still only 4 years out of 12. He shoots 34% from 3 for his 12 year career, which according to you, is trash because it's below 35%. He only shot above 34% 5 times in 12 years. That is trash. And he had to be on the most stacked team of all time for 3 of the 5 times he shot above 34% from 3. And I'm being generous by not counting this year because we know he won't be shooting above 34% from 3 by the year's end. Over the last 15 games, he's shooting 33.9% from 3. Last 10, he's at 33.3%. Last 5, he's at 20%. Dirk is 89 years old and he's shooting 39% from 3 on the season. Lj just can't shoot. He never could.:yeshrug:

See the thing with stats is that they don't show the entire context of the shots being taken ...if he misses a bunch of threes in garbage time(which miami's squad caused a lot of) that will skew his numbers...but when bron NEEDED to hit a jumper in miami he more than likely did so...same in Cleveland the first go around...his jumper is now absent. Numbers only tell so much.

Born usually makes long term moves so this is puzzling. Lue could be a good coach in the league one day but he's not gonna win a chip this year. Unless something drastic happens. So you go into next year with a coach who has half a season of experience...that gonna work? I doubt it. Born has a limited window to win a chip, he doesn't have time for a rookie coach to struggle.
