Another thing I remember reading a while back.

A while after Cody signed with ROH. I think it was when he was doing the traveling champion thing. He wrestled Scorpio Sky at some indy. Off of that match he put in a good word with ROH and that's how Sky got put on ROH.

Honestly wouldn't be shocked if NJPW gets through the MSG show & decides to cut ROH out. If AEW ends up on a real network like TNT or TBS, there isn't really much ROH has to offer them at that point

I didn't know scorpio sky was there until a few months ago when they showed an old match on Pluto.
from that Hogan/bischoff era. I didn't watch that 2011-2013 time period. im guessing that's when scurll was over there too?

Maybe, it was some time when they were going by impact wrestling. Think it might have been during that british bootcamp stuff.

– In the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio (via Wrestling Inc, it was reported that Kenny Omega will likely sign with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) after his NJPW contract expires on January 31. Omega can’t announce where he will go until February 1. Omega announced his departure during an interview with Tokyo Sports. NJPW found out about his exit through that interview and weren’t happy. They reportedly preferred how KUSHIDA announced that he was leaving.
