Also, adult "bad boys" don't pull as much as dudes think. That's a big misconception about them.
I have a grown cousin in his late 30's who's constantly in and out of jail, an alcoholic, wears Tupac/Biggie T Shirts all the time, smells like weed everywhere he goes, and gets into fist fights at damn near every family gathering to the point where people have tried to ban him from stopping by.
He gets women all right but every single one of the women he pulls are obese and looked washed as hell. Not a single one of them is above a 5 unless you're into curvy bodies on obese women. And the crazy thing is that he's actually has an above average looking face albeit he's pretty short(5'5.)
And I've seen other adult "hood" guys like my cousin NOT pull baddies at all even if they tried. People overestimate how many "hot" women actual thugs pull.
I think that's why people focus on high school so much. In high school, unless you're in South Chicago or something, the average guy labeled a "thug" isn't that hardcore. He's usually either a buff jock, a dude with dreads, a dude who smokes and sells pot at a low level, or a dude who emulates a popular rapper. But those guys aren't actually "thugs." They're just edgy teens.
Actual thugs with rap sheets who can't get good jobs because of their criminal record mostly just pull women who are broke/on welfare, on drugs, ugly, obese, single moms, and strippers. They rarely pull top notch women unless they're moving like Frank Lucas which is rare.

I disagree. While women are usually more selective than men, men still largely desire attractive or curvy women especially in their youth.
Men most definitely are not approaching girls with mid faces, no @ss, flat chests, no hips, weak personalities, no social life, etc. in droves. People on both sides go after the most attractive and/or outgoing people regardless if they're wholesome or toxic/hood.
Even nerdy brehs I knew wanted a girl who at least had a slim-thicc figure or a non-ugly face regardless if the girl was also nerdy or not.

I disagree.
Most men have standards. Not as high as women of course but still.
Most young dudes aren't pursuing girls with flat bodies, ugly/bland faces, acne, chubby bellies, unkempt hair, etc. with no social life just because they have great personalities and share their hobbies. Most dudes including nerds still have a certain standard of attraction for girls.
Most nerdy women are "average at best" just like most nerdy men are. But nerdy men still want a girl who's at least above average. Young men are not as desperate as you think or maybe the Gen Z crowd is and I'm a bit out of touch as a 30 year old who has the "Blerd" look(although I don't consider myself one.)
