All black cast, but not a "black Movie"

The only two that listed here that would not be labeled a black movie is Bad Boys and Are We There Yet. The rest that was listed would be labeled a black film IMO.

The Inside Man and Blade don't have a all black cast for the people who listed those movies.

Bad boys ain't an all black cast either.

And a lot of these movies ARE labeled as black movies, but I thought the op's question was movies with an all-black cast that could be enjoyed by anyone. Most of the movies listed here fit the bill, except that this is still Amerikkka so these CaC's act like they can't enjoy a romantic comedy if the main characters are black....still the reality is there's nothing inherently in those movies that should stop them.

The Matrix was supposed to be that, but Will Smith passed on playing Neo (for Wild Wild West.). Jada could have potentially been Trinity too.

Shame too because unless the movie is being headlined by a famous athlete/musician or the movie is being developed by someone with the same level of fame as a Spielberg/Scorcese/Cameron/Lucas/Nolan, Hollywood execs would NEVER sign off a sci-fi or non stereotypical movie with a majority black/minority cast.
