Not necessarily. Keep in mind we have no idea how many Madrigal employees got arrested....but only those specific people on the list were linked to Gus/Lydia/Mike/Walt/Jesse directly. So even if their names were in the paper, Walt would have no idea of knowing who they were specifically.
