How does Mark know that Walt killed her? Also why does Jesse not care?

The show has too many fukking plotholes.

wtf are you talking about? He says Jesse James clearly and who is Mark? Mike you mean? How the hell would Jesse know know he killed Jane or Mike for that matter, he just let her choke to death on her own vomit, There was no foul play involved at all, she basically killed herself, Walt just let it happen because she tried to strong arm him before and she was a loose end who would been poison for Jesse in the long run. Jesse will never know unless Walt admits it he did nothing to stop her from choking.
