I watched the last episode but barely remember it I kinda stop caring about everybody. Im not sure what it is but they ruined this show. Homie supposed to be this top player but excited about a scholarship to Toledo State? And is his old school still playing? They had a nice balance early but now its turned into a cliche teen CW drama. I don't care about Coop or what she doing, or Layla, or Asher.... I'll watch til the end since I'm invested, but they jumped the shark this season

We should probably give the show and writers a pass this season. Their production got hit hard by Covid
so they've had to stop and start production multiple times. Episodes like tonight felt like a covid/bottle episode and I ended up digging it. Yea, it was a dialogue-heavy one with no action but I liked it.

I still like the show, I don’t however appreciate how football has taken a backseat. They barely show any games anymore. Coop is still the least interesting character and well she tied with Simone who is somehow really getting a spin-off smh. Also that chick is a terrible coach, she really want a guy wearing number 47 to start a championship game just cause they don’t know his offense? He doesn’t have and offense because he has no business playing qb

I’ve enjoyed this season and really enjoyed the lead-in to the Homecoming spin off. I’ll be locked in.
