Beverley High School having a female coach is such a stupid woke virtue-signaling storyline decision. Not only is it annoying & cringey to watch, it doesn't make any logical sense. In the first 2 seasons we saw that Beverly's football program has rich, powerful, & influential boosters. In real life, big time High School & College football programs with powerful & influential boosters would NEVER seriously consider hiring a female head coach.

Yup, they should've hired Coach Baker's football buddy. It would've made everything more personal

I'm assuming this the last season since they all finally seniors. I like this show though for network tv. Glad Spence kept it a bean with Coop. I have no clue why'd they'd want to do a spin off for Simone. She's probably the least interesting character on the show currently. I wonder what Tyrone sister is plotting? They have some good storylines going.
