At this point .

If you not gon give us a Newt movie.
.to retcon.
the stoopidest creature feature direction mistake of all time. To kill Newt in alien three. To take us to some bullshyt prison planet.

Then fukk this alien franchise to all high hell.

This is bullshyt.

You have one of rhe best female heroes ever in Newt after Ripley.

It has an entire series and volumes of lore and stories.

Stop the dumb shyt.

This is just like mad max.

fukk these new characters.
that no one will give a fukk about.

Give us a cot damn Newt solo adventure military movie. Where Newt kills all the fukk'n aliens.

Why is this so fukk'n hard.

Give us Newt or die.....

:ohhh:

Newt Solo Movie is a fire concept Art. You basically make "Alien 3" a dream that Ripley had in cryo-sleep. "Alien: Resurrection" doesn't matter because it takes place hundreds of years later. So you show Newt waking up after "Alien 3". Then show flashbacks of her training during her teenage years. She wants revenge on Wayland-Yutani for killing her Family. So Newt with a team of rogue mercenaries goes to the Wayland-Yutani Base to destroy it. But there's one problem, the Base is filled with Aliens specimens that they are working on. Something goes wrong and the Aliens take over the Base. It's time for Wayland-Yutani to finally get some smoke.

What's cool about the Alien Series is there is no real "Alien Planet". It's just specimens from Colonies, Bases or Space Stations that Wayland-Yutani set up. As for this film, the new trailer was better but it was mostly a huge Love Letter to the franchise. Also these new characters are like Newt, they grew up Farming on this colonies. The problem I have with this new movie is it's basically "Alien: Isolation" the Movie but without Amanda Ripley in the movie. The story takes place on a "Space Station". I feel the same with "Predator". I like the last one but it's time to do a full on Military Predator Movie on the Predator Planet. Scratch all this "Coming to Earth" mess. Have them go fight an Army of Predators on their Planet. (I know they went to a Planet in Predators but that was a training Planet they used because it was similar to Earth).

I don't give a fukk. Against my better judgement I am going to say this looks dope as hell and I'm fukking hyped. A return to basics script and Fede's vision might be exactly what the franchise needs.

I'm in :salute:

Man fukk this movie.

@Rapmastermind

Knows what the people want.

How is it so hard for these fukk'n studios to gets it.

Tired of this dumbshyt.

Why ever say publically.
You want to see this. When they already fukked this up. With Aliens three.
That any Alien fan knows.
three is stoopid as fukk.

Aliens just needs to be one word

Get the fukk outta here with these bullshyt ass sequels :mjlol:

Trailers look so unenthusiastic it's comical at this point

Compare that trash you just saw to this badass trailer:

Alien, Aliens, The Thing and Predator are greatest sci-fi horror movies. Ever since then Hollywood hasn't done shyt to replicate those. No bad ass characters, the feel of tension not being the same, the bullshyt CGI effects that don't compare to those old films that used practical effects to perfection.

Maybe Pitch Black from the year 2000. Yes it's inferior to those films I just mentioned, it has definitely some flaws, but at least provides you with bad ass characters, some tension that keeps you interested (besides a very slow film start) and if you have a good TV set, that thing looks beautiful even today.

They can't even make good sequels to low budget sci-fi horror movies like this

It was a great concept, strangers stuck in a rat maze. Nobody knows how they get there and who built the complex. Leaves you guessing too. What they do after that? Two insulting sequels that are possibly some of the worst movies ever in Hypercube and whatever the fukk was the third part.

I think that’s what Gibson, Neil Blomkam were trying to do. I enjoyed the graphic novel adaption of Gibson’s alien 3 script/story. Neil’s could have been interesting too.

That's cuz they actually cared about making bad ass movies. Now it's just cut and paste. Supposedly they used practical effects on Romulous so that's a plus. But Aliens is maybe the best movie ever made so these flicks will always pale in comparison. They will never ever come close to that movie in 100 lifetimes.

How many times are we going to see the same thing over and over again?:mjtf:

Why can’t they put the Aliens on earth in a MASS INVASION storyline?:mindblown:
They tried this aliens on earth idea in AVP2 and it was one of the worst movies ever made.

Legitimately one of the worst movies EVER

I kinda did (like many other Alien fans). Prometheus and covenant could have been dope to if Ridley didn’t try to go in so many different direction… but he did so fukk Prometheus and its ho ass fans. We just want xenomorphs, an android or two, isolated/dark corridors, derelict ships, a clueless crew… simplicity.

This is what is going to KILL the Franchise.

They are still trying to appeal to the 1978 audience with the SAME IDEAS when we're in 2024 almost 50 years later.

The Franchise HAS to evolve.

They ruined their franchise with Alien 3. Alien 4 felt like a stupid comedy. AVP had promises....Young predators killing aliens to prove their worth? OK something different, let's develop a story from there, but then they gave it to Paul W Anderson who couldn't do shyt with Mortal Kombat and Resident Evil, some of the easiest scripts to write. So you knew AVP was gonna be another mediocre film.

AVP2? One of the worst movies ever

Prometheus? Interesting new storyline with great visuals. Unfortunately stupid characters and many other movie mistakes. But it was a watchable film for sure.

Covenant? Comically stupid characters, like I'm watching infomercial "are you struggling slicing bread? We present you, the already sliced bread!" There are countless of videos on youtube laughing at how stupid that crew was.

That was NOT a mass invasion movie :mjtf: .

That was just aliens running around in a SMALL TOWN.

When I say Aliens on Earth. I'm talking The Aliens in MAJOR City's and going up against the military AND the ENTIRE WORLD.

CASE IN POINT like this movie:
