Man, I didn't have the personality to work at a prison. I'm a positive, respectful ass Nygga..I used to get called into the supervisors office for "smiling too much in the chow hall"...

Never worked in a correctional facility before, but Come to find out the prison I applied to (Florida State prison in East palatka) was like an "Easy camp".... These Nyggas are going home soon so everybody's on they best behavior...

Yet most the C.O.s was good ole boys acting like super cop in that Bytch when none of that shyt was Even necessary, these Nyggas chilling and just trying to live.

Some of the coolest and most talented dudes I met were inmates in there, they used to have me Rolling too...hella comedians in there and they don't even know it .

I quit a day after I Saw a new hire Trainee on his First day (white kid) chastise an OG prisoner for a small mistake he made...told that grown nygga "look at me when I'm talking to you!"

That geek would be looking at the ground and struggling to speak In that man's presence If we were on the outside ...

Hella weird shyt like that... And I NEVER clicked with them dip snuffin good ole White boy C.Os at the prison, It was ALWAYS awkward when we were together (clearly I didn't belong)

But stuff like this is why street nikkas stay at street level. If you’re in organized crime the only way you can move is by embedding yourself into legit institutions. You would absolutely want COs on the inside with your people.

My former supervisor told me that a little kindness will go long ways. Those inmates are already fuming at the fact that they’re behind bars. Those COs are in for a rude awakening if a fight breaks out.


At least u got a better gig before they started to plot on you. I don’t trust none of those cacs especially in the workplace.
