Fox news idiots are mad because this guy got banned, but not mad because the NFL condemns protests. They use the excuse "the NFL is a private business, so the 1st amendment doesn't apply", but don't see their hypocrisy when youtube etc bans Alex Jones.

if it violates their TOS then it's worth banning. just because a platform is popular doesn't mean their TOS becomes irrelevant. i can get banned from the coli, but it's a small site and i'm me so it doesn't matter.

I sorta get where he's coming from, which is "this may make sense for this situation but the right will use this precedent to try and take out legitimate outlets like my own" but if you (Kyle) can't make the case or differentiation between Alex Jones and legitimate news then there are bigger things we should be worried about.

We SHOULD be worried. People will repeat this "fake news" meme to criticize CNN or the NY Times one day, then turn around and cite or link a Breitbart or Buzzfeed article the next. They are taking in information with no real filter ... no skepticism if it confirms their already preconceived beliefs. There are so many dot com "news" sites and so few legitimate ones that people can't (or won't) wade through the weeds. Our democracy is in trouble if people aren't more skeptical about what they read and hear.
