So YouTube and Facebook have an obligation to give this man's views a free (and in the case of YT, a monetized) forum????
They have the right to ban all people who don't like cats, have bad haircuts, have southern accents, or for any other reason they come up with because they are privately owned companies. What do you not understand about this??? He violated their rules. He got banned. Pretty straight forward.
You can post all the Jimmy Dore videos you want, it ain't gonna change the fact that it is not a God-given right to post videos on YouTube, Facebook, or any other forum.
Alex Jones is not being arrested. His first amendment rights have not been violated. He can go start his own forum for dumbass wing nuts if he wants. He has that right. No one is stopping him.
Y'all keep saying these are private companies actions alone, when if you go to @15:00 he showcases a portion of a Rolling Stone article saying that tech executives went up to the Congressional Senate Judiciary committee and were told they need to control "foment and discord".
Even beyond that.....forget Alex Jones or Jimmy Dore or anyone else being deplatformed, we have Senator Mark Warner,
using this fake Russian Collusion story in conjunction with the de-platforming of earnest but not establishment/corporate affiliated voices, pushing for European style government control of the Internet.
I've posted articles in reference to this and none of you overgrazing brehples have a response. This is a Democrat (party affiliation doesn't matter) in Congress pushing this draft legislation called
Regulation of Social Media and Tech Firms
Listen and Learn first 6 minutes
1) Mandatory geographic identity location
2) Mandatory identity verification
3) Bot labeling?
4) Define popular tech as essential facilities, subject to heightened rules and controls.
5) More discoloure requirements for "political speech"
6) Company algorithms shared
7) Large tech info turned over
8) Etc
I told y'all this whole Russian Collusion Delusion was a ploy for censorship and control of the internet back in 2016,
EU, Congress, and Silicon Valley Caught Political/Ideological Fade, Now Censoring Alt/Indy Media
Don't connect dots and watch the Internet turn to bullshiit, because you can't grasp the bigger picture, brehs.
