 Here's the real massacre, I Just did a search for @The Black Panther and put "Colin Kaepernick" in the search box....It turns out as of today, Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 7:41 pm Central Standard Time, the only time @The Black Panther has mentioned the words "Colin Kaepernick" is in this thread, with a weak attempt to make a mountain out of mole hill.

My point isn't dependent on whether or not I've mentioned Kaepernick before; you brought up being pro-black and caring about black issues. Not me. :panthersafe:

The onus is on you to explain this inconsistency, since you maid the claim.

Besides, I've only been here a little less than two years. You've been on this forum from jump.:kanyebp:

Does my point still stand, or not? And if not, why? I'll wait.:stephena1:

I'm not reading that.

You played yourself.

You just Summer Jam Screened yourself.

Go sit down somewhere and think about your actions, so you can avoid them in the future, breh.

Yes.

Please answer the questions. :stephena1:

Then you can proceed to jack off to your own posts all you want to. :bpdame:

Inconsistency?

I'm not required talk about any person, event, place, or idea.

Nor is there a ratio or threshold.

Nor are you the scorekeeper for what anyone on this board says, doesn't say, or how they say it. The audacity of this T'Challa imposter :dahell:. You are not king of Wakanda or Zamunda, you are the king of Juelz City, Lostlandia.

How did I agree with his point.
He ask me why I have never mentioned "Colin Kaepernick" , but I have mentioned Alex Jones.. I told him I support these players right to kneel as a form of protest. I told him I have mentioned my disdain for seeing folks harmed in threads on police brutality. I also told him I constantly bring up the Bill of Rights, because that is legal framework that is suppose to protect our right to speak and rally/protest.

Whether I say "Black Lives Matter" or "Colin Kaepernick" 1 time or a 100 times doesn't change how I feel. Since he wanted to play tjis search for word game, since he appears to be testing my blackness. I told him to look up "Diaspora", Africa", and "Black" and my username. Since we playing this game.

Then he tries to wiggle out saying, he's only been here a year, as if he couldn't have said "Colin Kaepernick in a year.

Lame. Just lame argument all the way around.

Way off topic on top of that.

My point remains the same, the precedent being set for multiple companies to attack one person because their speech is impactful is not good for anyone.

Call anything hate speech, and anything becomes hate speech.

These ain't about Sandy Hook, plenty of videos from other sources still up that critique the official narrative.
This not about transsexuals or Muslims, plenty of videos from other sources still up that critique agendas or actions associated with both groups or individuals from both groups.

This is about his/their bringing stories to light and angles on stories that competition doesn't want the public to know about. He's been doing this for 24 years. Billions of views on 35,000 videos, but suddenly a collusion of companies work in cahoots to take down a single company, like their speech content is worst thing on their platforms???

I feel the same way if this was any other pundit, left, right, or otherwise. You have other press corporations begging other corporations to ban the competition. This is not gone to stop with him, unless something changes....he's just canary in coal mine.

Here's a few other alt/Indy media pundits I listen too, discussing this.

The point is that you don't apply your "care" for free speech being violated consistently, not that you're "required" to talk about a specific subject [Kaepernick]. That was just a prominent example. Again, you made the initial claim about caring about free speech, as well as being "pro-black". Same goes for @YouMadd? , which is probably why he never responded when I called him out. :stephena1:

If you "exposed" me, you exposed yourself--by confirming what I said was true.:smugkobe1:

Alex Jones' free speech has not been violated.

Alex Jones is free to post content on his own website(s).
News flash: free speech is, and should be, reasonably limited. You can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater, nor should you be allowed to harass people by calling their dead child a crisis actor. :denzelcmonson:

For example, if you decide to say a bunch of unprofessional things at work, and you're fired for it, the company has not violated your 1A right.

I've already explained by POV.

Colin Kaepernick's free speech and all the other players free speech should be protected. There is no inconsistency, because there is no box to check out to say how much I say on one subject versus another.

There are other cases of free speech that don't include Colin Kaepernick or Alex Jones, am I inconsistent because I haven't mentioned their names or websites too?

I could say you don't talk about a particular person's free speech being violated. Your logic is not working.

There is no threshold. :mindblown:
