Off first light listen it’s just average to me. Not feeling it more than Moneybagg tape but I’m not really a Travis fan and I’m a Moneybagg fan so take that for what it’s worth

breh got Tame Impala to produce a record w/ Pharrell and Weeknd on it :whew:

already better than Huncho, which was mid/trash

Why is Kevin Parker fukking with these rappers?

With Tame Impala he's positioning himself to be the next Radiohead and Thom Yorke would never make a song with a rapper. :snoop:

different bands, Parker samples and uses hip hop styled bass all the time. Yorke has been on a DJ Shadow record before, i dont think he'd be opposed to a hip hop collab

Surprised at how many people calling this average. Maybe its because Im approaching this from a technical/sonic standpoint (i recognize Travis more as a composer/producer than “rapper”) but I cant think of many albums sonically better I’ve heard this year.

I personally think Parker should not be collaborating with mainstream pop rap acts. I like bass boosted disposable music(Drake, Travis, Future, etc..) But it should be separate from traditional music.

Yorke only likes mf doom and said that doom is a not a rapper he's poet. So he's definitely opposed to a hip hop collab.
