I'm glad he was able to put this album together and put it out after his decade long mixtape run. It's not much, but I think it's worth bringing up the positives like this instead or to compliment talking about the tragedy of his premature passing away.

I’m glad he got to see himself become a Grammy nominated artist and really got to see his grind pay off.

Album is incredible. The bass-driven production provides a real dark, sinister vibe (especially on songs like "Grinding All My Life", "Young nikka", "Keyz 2 the City 2", "Status Symbol 2" and "Succa Proof").

Get the same vibe with this album that I got from Freddie Gibbs' "Shadow of a Doubt". Perfect late night driving music and the album cover really depicts that well.

This one'll stand the test of time. Rest In Power, King

Maaan, the world premiere live performance of this album the day it dropped was something special. The live band plus every feature on the album (except Kendrick) was there, plus he performed some classics

Same bro. Been knowing about Nip for over 10 years. I always appreciated his grind and how real he kept it in interviews and etc, but never really checked for his music for some reason. fukked up it took him dying and one of my boys recommending this album for me to give it a chance. This shyt is flames! I’ve been bumping it since Monday. For it to be a long album, it’s an incredible feat to not have one skippable track. Album never feels like it’s dragging either.

He said in an interview that we hadn’t seen the best of him musically either. Damn...
