When I watched the clip I posted in the OP it was literally the first time I've heard/seen any english VO besides the Genie. Same goes for Lion King, Hercules, The Emperor's New Groove, Rango, Doug's 1st Movie (also the TV show), A Goofy Movie and some others.

Couldn't understand english when I was 0-9
Also all cartoons broadcast on TV before 6 pm had to be dubbed by law.
Rango, Kung Fu Panda 2 and "new" stuff like that I sometimes see with sisters kids and they are still so young don't wanna watch the english versions.

Well its a fantastic dub. Disney uses it, no joke, as a goal for other dubs. The gold standard
