Why would he want to be in a possession of a gun that’s not his?

You wouldn’t say this if he got pulled over and the cops found the gun

He has already displayed poor judgement with the handling of a firearm. Who the fukk knows how a traffic stop would go down with these clowns.

He must have an answer for why he'd want to be in possession of a gun that's not his (because the gun was in his possession).

If you know your friend wants his gun back because he's about to do some crash dummy shyt, you're supposed to be the responsible party and tell him no. You can return it once cooler heads prevail.
He didn’t know his friend was going to crash out. If he did then he would have been charged as an accomplice

The friend left the gun in his Car

He took a gun to a friend who was asking for it to handle a dispute.

When he was about to be $40m richer in a few months.

Crimson, you can't be serious here?
No he did not

A teammate left a gun in his car.

As Miller was leaving The teammate ask Miller to bring his gun. He drove to where the teammate was and return his gun

Where is the bad judgment without you playing the result?
