Miller did something very very dumb, but I don’t think he should go down for murder. I don’t think he believed he was delivering a murder weapon. You could certainly argue he should have known, but I’ve seen kids his age do dumber, albeit more innocuous, stuff than this. He’s a kid who made a mistake trying to help out a friend.

And with a good lawyer, I don’t think they can make any serious charges stick.

RIP to the young woman. This whole story is dumb af. Straight up senseless. A child lost a mother for what?
