I think the fact media folk dont have street smarts is helping Miller. These headlines make it sound like the murder weapon just so happened to be his. It also makes it sound like this was a spur of the moment shooting

Idk about that. It sounds like after the 2 of them got into the altercation, they then came back to confront the victim and showed up in 2 vehicles (1 being miller), at the same time.
