This reminds me on a old shoot interview I heard from Scott Hall. The interviewer asked him who is the best wrestler of all time? He said Hogan. The interviewer ask why? Scott says because he got paid the most.

I think it was Kevin Nash that said that.

im positive it was Scott.

And I'm positive it was Kevin

I remember that I’m 100% sure it was Savio Vega

With that being said :mjlol:

If the shoot answer is to get as much money out of your stint as humanly possible, then I get why Scott picked that answer

In Al’s day, guys showed up drunk and high and decided not to work hard if the show happened in the wrong city. So what the fukk is he talking about? Today’s wrestlers know how to super serve the fans and their personal brand.

It’s a balance. Bret and Shawn had it, Austin and Rock had it. That’s why they’re aren’t anymore superstars in wrestling. Yes, you absolutely want to be good at your job and respected by your peers but at the same time a cup of coffee ain’t gonna cut it

AEW is a prime example of how wrong he is. He has a vision of what wrestling should be, that's fine. But it's not how wrestling works.

Al Snow's shoot interviews were nothing but truth about the business. :wow:

No they weren't :dahell: I remember hearing him talk about how a wrestling show had 1 legit pop and went on a 10 minute rant trying to explain himself. It was a load of bullshyt :mjlol: never took him seriously after that.

Nash has definitely said it.....just said it yesterday on twitter.

It’s very possible both have said it

im referring to an old rf interview with Scott hall, but it wouldn’t surprise me whatsoever if Nash has expressed this as well.

We’re talking about two guys that share a lot of the same opinions when it comes to wrestling

"There was a ton of heat on Luger and Giant for the deal they pulled at the 1/5 tapings in Gainesville, GA. Giant came out in his jeans, not even getting dressed, for his main event with Luger. They got in the ring and Giant just lied down and both laughed." - The Wrestling Observer Newsletter: January 18, 1999.

Sounds like the dumbasses that never watched a young bucks match that says they can’t tell a story in the ring
