That doesn't change the fact that he was a two time felon caught trying to be buy suppressors for uzis. There is luck and there is cooperation. The only way he is free right now is that he is cooperating. Oh...then when he got out for the suppressors....he got caught with some X.

Arrested in February on gun and Ecstasy possession charges, Thomas pleaded guilty in late-May to four counts, but somehow avoided a prison sentence (instead, he was sentenced to a whopping 15 years probation).
