I'm saying...lames like @stilltheguru are out here mad that rappers *surprisingly* don't live the lives they rap about...well most of them.

TIP ain't one of those dudes. He wasn't a kingpin, but he damn sure was about that life.

In fact, TIP is one of the worst examples of who to use as "not living that life"

LOL im not surprised about him being a fake ass nikka. and born2bking needs to talk to people he is referring to instead of the subliminal shyt. Be a man.

And? Dude wasn't on probation when he caught the gun charge I don't believe.

And he the drug charge got tossed, right?

I think ya'll forget how far money goes out here.

Again, it works for whites all the time... are rich white folks snitching too?

He caught that gun charge and was on probation for it when got caught with the X. He took the X charge for Tiny when everyone was saying she should have took the charge for him because they were scared he was going to get decades for violation. But....Clifford had other plans. Those rich white folks don't get caught multiple times. That's what makes me believe he is an agent. CI's get a lot of leeway but employees can get away with murder. Cops do it all the time. Hell, I think he may be part of a program to infiltrate hip hop with cops. Cops who are rappers. Kinda like Ross...

Rich whites don't snitch, they just show up, have their lawyers talk to the judge and they walk. That's how the system works for them.

Man look here....95% of execs would have washed their hands of him and put out 2 greatest hits/unreleased albums and just pocketed all of the profit and sat on his masters while he was locked up. But when I saw they were willing to stand on his behalf I was like :wow:

Yeah that sealed the deal for me.

name another time RECORD EXECS would have ponied up 3 million in cash just to drop on an artist in jail on short notice?

That shyt NEVER EVER happens.

1. you don't know that since its merely a guess
2. Snitching in and of itself ain't "bad" but the problem is that you're making an accusation thats not holding up.

I'm sorry. People with money can override the law. Deal with it.

Suge Knight isn't LYOR COHEN and JULIE GREENWALD :stopitslime:

Suge dropped 1.3 million to get Pac out. That was at the height of the Deathrow days. Either way they got their money back from the work TIP did for them when he got out. But the fact he DODGED the hell out of serious federal prison time is fishy as hell. There are certain things that are automatic and if a felon is caught by an undercover DEA agent trying to buy automatics with surpressors...you are supposed to go to prison. shyt Meech is prison right now and they never caught him with ANY drugs....lol

So that leaves these possible options.

1. His lawyers had SERIOUS pull. Favor for a favor type of deal.
2. He was going to get a Presidential Pardon.
3. He works for the FBI/CIA.
4. He has dirt on someone they deemed more important.

Tip can go to the hood, the actual "hood" and be good wit everybody. But ask these internet lames and he would get slapped, stabbed and punked out if he went to any hood. A lot of these nikkas grew up in the burbs and hung with cacs and dated cac women and think they know what the streets is like from bumping 50 cent get rich or die trying.

I don't care.

99% of record companies WOULD NOT have done what they did for TIP.

Period.

Suge and Pac don't count. Pac was all Suge had and two black dudes in the 90s? Come on now. don't be dense.

Its never good enough people with money can bend the law, but when they're black rappers, they have to be snitches too :mjlol:
Everyones a rat at some point. Thats how you eliminate competition in the criminal world when you cant take it to the guns.
